Within my first few months at Nike, I was asked to stretch my role as a producer and “help out with videos” on a new editorial team covering the Women’s World Cup. Drawing on my breadth of experience, I was soon leading production on a collection of fast-moving exclusive videos for the Nike App. With editorial being a new muscle for Nike, I was faced with a lot of challenges in the creative process. I worked through these pain points to create project success and solidified my position as an editorial producer.
